
Hops herbal tea
Diuretic, tonic, stimulant and narcotic, hops have been used for anemia, general weakness, in convalescence, against inappetence (particularly in children), against insomnia and nervous disturbances accompanied by sleep disorders, as well as against dyspepsia or gastropathies of nervous origin and nervous tremors.
It is also known to have a regulating effect on the hair system, it reduces hair loss and it reduces excess hair.
The best way to prepare hops is to make an infusion at the rate of 1 g of leaves per 250 ml of boiling water. Infuse for ten minutes.
To combat insomnia, take a cup of infusion or maceration before bedtime.
For all other problems, take a cup before meals.
