Keemun or Qimen is a high grade black tea and is renowned throughout the world. It is grown in the Anhui region of China.
Composed of small thin and short leaves as well as golden buds, the result is a beautiful infusion with a slightly creamy taste. Its sweet and slightly floral fragrance offers us notes of cocoa with a slight bitterness on the finish.
Preparation in teapot
