Coming from the "Rift Valley" where it was grown "fairly" at high altitude, this tea from assamica tea plants (a variety used in the Nilgiris, southern India) was transformed using orthodox method. A spicy tea (bay leaf, pepper) and slightly camphorated, fruity and malty. Well-balanced aromas and well-structured tannins, this tea will appeal to black tea lovers.
