Anji Bai Cha Pre-Qingming is a tea that is harvested at the first sign of spring just before the Qingming Festival in China. Picking lasts about ten days only. It is grown in a garden at an altitude of 1300 meters in the Anji region of Zhejiang province. Without pesticides and chemical fertilizers, it meets biological requirements. This tea is of legendary delicacy, on smell it gives off a fresh vegetable scent and intoxicating fruity notes. Its liquor is translucent and without bitterness, its finish leaves us in the mouth with a sweet, tangy and vegetal taste. A tea that will suit lovers of white teas and refined teas.
