Here is a cellar designed for thrill seekers, and among others, for cocoa lovers who want to dare something new. Its liquor, carefully full-bodied and gourmet, is enhanced with a spicy effect. An aromatic profile faithful to the balance of the composition of the spice blend.
Ingredients: Black tea, cocoa, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper, ginger.
- Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan and add 10 grams (4 tsp) of chai.
- Cover and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add 5 - 10 grams of sugar (2-4 tsp) and 500 ml of milk.
Heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Filter and serve
