Digestive disorders and inflammation of the respiratory tract.
Take 1 g to 2 g of dried and coarsely crushed seeds, 3 times a day.
Infusion. Infuse 1 g to 3 g of dried and coarsely crushed seeds in 150 ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day, between meals.
It is recommended not to take more than 7g of fennel seeds (or equivalent) per day for prolonged periods (more than 2 weeks).
