Compressed in a small nest of 5 g, this Pu Er was produced masterfully by M.Chan from leaves from century-old tea trees. Its infusion offers aromas of black earth and burnt bark. A full and rich drink, which skilfully deploys a mineral character with subtle notes of candied fruit (fig) and leather. An accessible and easy-to-prepare tea.
Preparation in teapot (rinse the leaves)
