Blessed thistle 50g

Lack of appetite. Dyspepsia, digestive disorders, abdominal pain, bloated feeling. In combination with fenugreek, it improves breast milk production.

Preparation.

Infuse 1.5-2g of dried aerial parts in 150ml of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink 3 cups a day, about 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications

• Pregnancy.

• Allergy to plants of the Compositae family. People allergic to dandelion, chrysanthemum, daisy, sunflower and other plants in this family may also be allergic to blessed thistle.
