Oolong teas

Also known as blue tea, Oolong (or Wulong) is a semi-oxidized tea, somewhere between green and black tea. Its partial transformation gives it a rare complexity: a cup at once floral, woody, sometimes creamy or honeyed, depending on its origin and degree of oxidation.

Our selection includes oolongs from Taiwan and Fujian, two terroirs renowned for producing exceptional teas.

Rich in L-theanine and polyphenols, oolong tea is recognized for its digestive, relaxing and metabolism-supporting properties. It is also said to have beneficial effects on intestinal flora, weight management and cholesterol reduction.
