WHITE TEAS

White tea is the most delicate and minimalist of all teas. Harvested from the very first spring shoots of the tea plant, simply withered and then sun-dried, it undergoes very little oxidation, giving it remarkable purity and a silky texture.

Naturally low in caffeine, white tea is ideal for sensitive minds or moments of calm. Its taste is soft, vegetal, sometimes floral, and it also lends itself beautifully to subtle fruity blends.

Infused at a low temperature (around 75 °C / 167 °F), it reveals a clear, light yet deep cup — a tea of clarity and patience, cherished by connoisseurs as well as those just discovering it.
