Originating from Ali Mountain on the island of Taiwan, this high-altitude tea is a classic. Offering the typical character of Gao Shan Cha (high mountain tea). We perceive in the infusion slightly fruity notes (coconut, berries), while suggesting a vanilla and pastry side.
