Originating from Mount Ali on the island of Taiwan, this high-altitude tea is a classic. It offers the typical character of Gao Shan Cha (high mountain tea). The infusion reveals slightly fruity notes (coconut, berries), with a hint of vanilla and pastry.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
