ANXI TIE GUAN YIN (Iron goddess of mercy.)

A legendary oolong from the Anxi region of Fujian, Tie Guan Yin is a tea made from bright green, tightly rolled leaves. Its velvety taste suggests floral and papaya notes. Its mineral aspect offers a finish of freshly picked mushrooms.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
