ANXI TIE GUAN YIN (Iron Goddess of Mercy.)

Legendary Oolong, from the Anxi region of Fujian, Tie Guan Yin is a tea made from tightly rolled bright green leaves. Its taste is velvety and suggests floral and papaya notes. Its mineral aspect offers us a finish in the mouth of freshly picked mushrooms.
