INDIAN BLACK CHAI TEA
Spicy, chocolaty chai.
Here's a chai tea designed for lovers of spicy chai, and among others for cocoa lovers who want to dare something different. Its infusion is slightly full-bodied and gourmand. An aromatic profile faithful to the balanced composition of the spice blend.
Ingredients: Black tea, cocoa, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper, ginger.
Classic preparation:
- Bring 500 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan and add 10 grams (4 tsp.) of chai.
- Cover and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add 5 - 10 grams sugar (2 - 4 tsp.) and 500 ml milk.
Heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve
Preparation in a teapot
1 tsp / 250 ml water.
95 ° Celsius
4 to 5 minutes.
