GREEN TEA Chun mee

At once sweet and present, this Chun mee tea is somewhere between the full-bodied character of a Gunpowder and the vegetal side of a Sencha.
of Gunpowder and the herbal character of Sencha. It takes its name from the particular shape of its leaves, which resemble fine eyebrows (Chun mee in Chinese).

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       80 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
