OOLONG DONG DING

 TAIWAN OOLONG 

This Oolong tea from the mountain of the same name is presented in its green, unfired version. A floral tea with notes of lilac and peony, accented by fruity flavors (lemon, ripe papaya). A tea that will appeal to tea lovers with floral and milky notes (butter, cream). This harvest comes from M Chang Yang Yu Ping.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
