A pleasant-tasting, energizing herbal tea that can be drunk hot or cold. A blend of different herbs, flowering oats, nettle, peppermint, organic lemon balm and ginseng.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  2 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      10 minutes.
