Whole ginseng roots. Ginseng is a tonic for boosting energy and stimulating the immune system. It should be consumed in quantities of 3 to 5 grams a day. It is prepared as an herbal tea. It is advisable to consult a physician before taking this tonic. Not recommended for children.

  3 g / 350 ml water.
