Reduce headaches

Feverfew, or golden pyrethrum has been used for a very long time to combat headaches, lack of menstruation or rheumatic pain.

Helps reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines.

In infusion, we recommend 2.5 to 5 g in a 250 ml cup of boiling water, for 10 minutes.

Precautions:

People with allergies to plants in the daisy family (echinacea, dandelion, etc.) should avoid Feverfew

The plant is renowned for its effectiveness in inducing menstruation, pregnant women are advised to avoid it.

Feverfew has effects that may be in addition to those of anticoagulant drugs.
