A creamy matcha with floral and chocolatey notes
Born of refined craftsmanship, this limited-edition ceremonial matcha comes from the delicate blend of three cultivars – Yabukita, Saemidori, and Saeakari – carefully orchestrated by master producer Mr. Oishi.
Stone-milled into a resplendent green powder, it reveals in water a dense, silky, and creamy texture that caresses the palate with elegance. The cup unfolds in splendid balance: floral orchid notes, vibrant vegetal freshness, and a suave sweetness reminiscent of a lush tropical garden. A subtle nuance of milk chocolate lingers in the background, leaving a long and harmonious finish.
Harvested at 200 meters altitude in the cool spring air, this matcha is an invitation to contemplation. Best enjoyed pure, in a chawan, for a sublime experience.
Benefits
Matcha is renowned for supporting steady, fluid alertness, thanks to the natural synergy of caffeine and L-theanine. It promotes precise mental clarity without tension. Its wealth of chlorophyll and antioxidants also accompanies seasonal transitions and periods of sustained mental effort.
