This fine green tea powder, produced by Mr. Tsutsumi and his team, comes from Mie prefecture.The leaves of this matcha have been lightly cooked before being ground, offering thus a darker green tea. A lively and slightly bitter emulsion, crowned with vegetal notes and toasted nuts. A powerful tea, the perfect companion for everyday life or the kitchen!

PREPARATION:
Warm the bowl with hot water before preparing.
Add a teaspoon and 100 ml of water at 75°Celsius.
Mix the Matcha and hot water well with a whisk (chasen).
