Its emulsion is powerful and exquisite. A velvety texture, with a slightly bitter and sweet flavor, blending with the vegetable aromas of fatty herbs and snow peas as well as a slightly iodized touch that gently tickles the palate.

PREPARATION:
Warm the bowl with hot water before preparing.
Add a teaspoon and 100 ml of water at 75°Celsius.
Mix the Matcha and hot water well with a whisk (chasen).
