In herbalism, mullein is particularly prized for clearing and regenerating the alveoli of the lungs. It is considered not only as a tonic, but also as a lung regenerator and bronchodilator. In addition, it has a compound that acts on the central nervous system and stimulates the expectoration of mucus.

It balances the mucous membranes by drying out excess mucus or by moistening dry mucous membranes.

It is used in prevention to guard against bronchitis, colds and coughs or to treat pulmonary insufficiency, asthma and any form of respiratory congestion.

2 teaspoons / 250ml boiling water / 10 minutes
