NAN MEI WHITE TEA

 CHINESE WHITE TEA

Harvest 2025.

Plucked from wild trees in the Nan Mei valley in the Lincang region. This tea is composed of silvery young buds with aromatic herbs (sage) and pepper. When infused, its liquor is silky with spicy notes (smoked paprika), one of the hallmarks characteristic of wild teas. The lemony, slightly mineral finish is most memorable!

  Preparation in a teapot 

  2 tsp / 250 ml water.

       75 ° Celsius  

     5 to 8 minutes.
