OOLONG DA HONG PAO

The Grande Robe red tea tea is one of China's teas in China. It is also known as Da Hong Pao. It is an Oolong planted in the Wuyi Mountains (in northern Fujian). It gives off woody, toasty aromas, with hints of chestnut and citrus, and its infusion reveals a sumptuous red liquor.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
