Rooibos contains many antioxidant substances, especially polyphenols such asaspalathin (the only known natural source), nothofagin, quercetin and luteolin. Here it is in its unfermented version. 

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
