Sourced from the magnificent Ashikubo valley, this tea has the particularity of having undergone a long kiln-drying process. The result is a smooth, clear liquor with a slightly fruitier (kiwi, mango) and toasted (corn, hazelnut flesh) taste than other Sencha teas, which tend to be more herbaceous in character.   Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       75 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
