Coming from the magnificent Ashikubo Valley, this tea has the particularity of having undergone a long drying process in the oven. The result is a sweet and limpid liquor with a slightly more fruity (kiwi, mango) and toasted (corn, hazelnut flesh) taste than other Sencha generally with a more herbaceous character. An ideal choice for anyone who wants to learn about the appreciation of Japanese teas.
