Si Ji Chun (four springs)

This green Oolong tea is grown in the mountains of Taiwan's Nantou region. This green Wulong offers a sweet, floral (lilac, freesia), spicy (nutmeg) and gourmand (fresh vanilla) liqueur, with notes of melted butter.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
