GREEN TEA Tan Huong

VIETNAMESE GREEN TEA

This Vietnamese green tea comes from a small cooperative run by Ms. Hiep, in the Thai Nguyen region north of Hanoi.   

In these very rural regions, most families with small tea gardens pool their efforts to help each other with production. In these predominantly female groups, members work together to make each other's teas.   

Lively and full-bodied, Tan Huong gives the impression of traveling to the mountains of Vietnam. Grown without the use of chemicals, its aromas are frank and rustic, just like the farmers who produce it.

Its sweet, slightly iodized and roasted plant notes, reminiscent of corn, make it an excellent everyday tea.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       80 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
