INDIAN BLACK CHAI TEA

This wonderful Chai tea is our best seller. From the very first sip, it will charm you. Tasty and well-balanced with its blend of black tea, cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. An energizing, comforting tea that will stimulate your taste buds. A pure delight in itself, delicious plain or with milk.

Classic preparation:

- Bring 500 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan and add 10 grams (4 tsp.) of chai.

- Cover and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes over medium heat.

- Add 5 - 10 grams of sugar (2 to 4 teaspoons) and 500 ml of milk.

Heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain and serve

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celcius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
