LABRADOR TEA

Labrador tea 

Labrador tea, or Greenland tea, has nothing to do with the tea plant. Made from large, fluffy leaves, this beverage has therapeutic virtues as enviable as those of green tea. Anti-inflammatory, it helps relieve joint pain and insomnia, and cleanses the liver. It is also said to drain the liver and regenerate liver cells. It has been used to treat liver poisoning of circulatory origin.

Take 4 or 5 leaves and infuse in boiling water (250 ml) for 7 to 8 minutes.

  Preparation in a teapot 

 4 to 5 leaves / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

     7 to 8 minutes.
