Labrador tea

Labrador tea, or Greenland tea, actually has nothing to do with the tea plant. Composed of large fluffy leaves, this drink has therapeutic virtues as enviable as those of green tea. Anti-inflammatory, helps relieve joint pain, insomnia, and cleanse the liver. Take 4 or 5 leaves and infuse in boiling water (250 ml) 7 to 8 minutes.
