ICED TEA

Green tea with mint and spices, a lively and bright liquor very aromatic. A supple and delicate drink with a pleasant slightly spicy sensation. A North African inspiration!

Ingredients: green tea, peppermint, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg.

Preparation: ( 100g = 10 liters )

- 1 tbsp. (2.5g) / 250ml cold water

- sugar to taste (3/4 tsp / 250 ml)

- 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the fridge

- filter and taste
