Born in the shaded gardens of Uji, Matcha Kumo is a tribute to slowness and gentleness. Its name – “cloud” – reflects both its light texture and the state of mind it invites to cultivate. Made from finely ground tencha leaves, it is designed for creamy lattes, hot or iced.
Upon opening the pouch, one perceives a scent of freshly cut grass, green nuts, and plant cream. In the mouth, the texture is soft and slightly frothy, with a gentle bitterness that fades upon contact with milk. An ideal matcha for quiet mornings, study routines, or evenings when one seeks a soothing ritual.

2.5 g (1 to 1.5 tsp) for 50 ml of water + 200 ml of milk + sugar to taste
