CHINA GREEN TEA

White Monkey is grown at altitudes of over 600 metres in Fujian province. Often mistaken for a white tea, it is in fact a selection of hand-picked green teas with long silvery-white tea buds, offering a delicate, refreshing flavor profile.

Infused, this tea releases a fresh herbal aroma and a clear, bright liquor with a delicately sweet taste and a lingering, bitter-free finish. 

Low caffeine levels. 

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1.5 tsp / 250 ml water.

       85 ° Celsius  

      3 to 4 minutes.
