Detoxifying

Burdock is used to detoxify, stimulating the eliminative functions of the liver and kidneys, to prevent skin conditions. Soothes intestinal pain. Reduces rheumatism and osteoarthritis. Clear anti-inflammatory action.

Preparation method.

Decoction of roots for an internal purifying action. Take 10 GR of burdock root and immerse them in a liter of boiling water for about ten minutes, to infuse them. Once the infusion is finished, filter the liquid obtained. It can be drunk plain or sweetened, at the rate of 3 cups a day.

For external use:

Follow the preparation principle detailed above, but with 30g of roots. Once the infusion is filtered, it can be used as a lotion to wash the skin and treat acne, boils, psoriasis or eczema.

Precautions:

It is better to avoid giving it to children.
It is not recommended for pregnant women. It is also for women who were going.
