Feverfew, or golden pyrethrum, has long been used to combat headaches, absence of menstruation and rheumatic pain.

Helps reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines.

As an infusion, we recommend 2.5 to 5 g in a 250 ml cup of boiling water, for 10 minutes.  

Precautions:

People allergic to plants in the daisy family (echinacea, dandelion, etc.) should avoid feverfew.

The plant is reputed to be effective in triggering menstruation, and pregnant women are advised to avoid it.
