Herbal hop tea
A diuretic, tonic, stimulant and narcotic, hops has been used to treat anemia, general weakness, convalescence, inappetence (particularly in children), insomnia and nervous disturbances accompanied by sleep disorders, as well as nervous dyspepsia, gastropathy and nervous tremors.
It is also known to have a regulating effect on the hair system, reducing hair loss and excess hair growth.
The best way to prepare hops is to make an infusion of 1 g of leaves per 250 ml of boiling water. Steep for ten minutes.
To combat insomnia, take a cup of infusion or maceration before bedtime.
For all other problems, take one cup before meals.
