PU ER 2010 Hong Jing Tian

Compressed into a small 5 g nest, this Pu Er has been masterfully produced by Mr. Chan from the leaves of century-old tea bushes. Its infusion offers aromas of black earth and burnt bark. A full, rich beverage that skilfully displays a mineral character with subtle notes of candied fruit (fig) and leather. An accessible, easy-to-prepare tea.

  Preparation in a teapot (rinse leaves)

  1 tsp / 250 ml water.

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
