Pu Er Shou Sung Do 2010

VIETNAMESE PU ER TEA

Here is a new tea from Vietnam in our aged tea collection. With the controlled fermentation of the leaves, through heat and humidity, we obtain a Pu Er "Shou". The infusion of the leaves unfolds a round, earthy liquor with very little tannin.

This tea consists of long twisted leaves, enhanced with numerous buds. Dominated by vegetable and root fragrances, the liquor is sweet and velvety.

  Preparation in teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water. ( rinse the leaves)

       95 ° Celsius  

      3 to 4 minutes.
