PU ER TEA FROM VIETNAM

Here's a new tea from Vietnam in our collection of aged teas. Controlled fermentation of the leaves, using heat and humidity, produces a Pu Er "Shou". The infusion of the leaves produces a round, earthy liquor with very little tannin.

This tea is made up of long, twisted leaves, embellished with numerous buds. Dominated by vegetable and root fragrances, the liquor is smooth and velvety.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1 tsp / 250 ml water. ( rinse leaves)

       95 ° Celsius  

      3 to 4 minutes.
