Each ml of Lemon balm contains
Organic fresh lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) 359mg 1:3
Non-medicinal ingredient: 50% certified organic alcohol

Traditionally used in Western herbalism as a sedative for the relief of restlessness or nervousness and as a carminative in the treatment of digestive disorders.

Adults: 1 ml (20 drops), 3 times daily.
