St. John's Wort Tincture

Each ml of St. John's Wort contains:
Fresh organic St. John's Wort flowers (Hypericum perforatum)
Ingredient non-medicinal: 50% certified organic alcohol

Traditionally used as a sedative for the relief of restlessness or nervousness. Helps relieve symptoms of sleep disorders.
Adults: 1 ml (20 drops), 3 times daily, maximum 6 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or if you experience trouble sleeping. Avoid use with all prescription drugs, including oral contraceptives. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and UV rays. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
