Cold preparation for one cup

Use 1 tsp (2.5g) of the blend for 250 ml of cold water

Add sugar to taste (+ or - 1/2 tsp per 250 ml)

Leave in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours, then strain
Hot preparation

Use 2 tsp (5g) for 250 ml of boiling water

Add sugar to taste (+ or - 1/2 tsp per 250 ml)

Steep for 5 minutes, strain, pour into a glass filled with ice (250 ml)
