Summer harvest | a harmonious, sweet, and spicy Darjeeling
From a garden founded in 1860 and cultivated in respect of natural cycles, this second flush Darjeeling embodies the maturity and depth of high-altitude teas harvested in summer. It develops a rounder and warmer cup than the 1st flush, with an aromatic complexity that speaks to lovers of finesse without ostentation.
Upon infusion, the color is coppery and clear. The nose evokes soft wood, light nutmeg, and a subtle orange blossom that lingers at the end of the palate. The texture is supple, enveloping, perfect for accompanying a moment of grounding, a calm conversation, or a day’s end that stretches gently.
