This black tea comes to us from Western Georgia, in the Kolkhida region, where the humid air of the Black Sea meets the peaks of the Caucasus. This unique climate, combined with tea plants established in the 19th century, gives rise to a tea that is both delicate and deeply expressive.

When brewed, the large, twisted leaves reveal a clear, amber-hued cup, bright and elegant. The aroma evokes dried rose, cocoa, and roasted nuts, with a natural sweetness reminiscent of certain confectioneries. On the palate, the texture is supple and fluid, carried by notes of light coffee, discreet malt, and a subtly spicy hint of nutmeg.

Its moderate caffeine content makes it an accessible tea for an afternoon break as well as for a calm tasting moment. It will appeal to lovers of classic black teas as well as those who appreciate the finesse of fine Chinese teas.

       95 ° Celsius
