The elegance of Guangdong: a floral and deep black tea

Originally from the Feng Huang mountains in Guangdong province, this black tea draws inspiration from the elegant forms of the region's oolong teas, with its long, twisted leaves rich in aromatic nuances.

When infused, it releases a delicate bouquet of flowers and warm honey, quickly joined by deeper notes of small dark fruits, reminiscent of blackcurrant, and roasted chestnuts. A slight liveliness balances the whole, supported by a malty sweetness evoking barley sugar.

Its structure is full, its finish long and comforting. Moderately to highly caffeinated, this tea accompanies moments when one seeks to recenter with intensity, while maintaining a certain elegance on the palate.

  Preparation in a teapot 

  1.5 tsp / 250 ml water. 

       95 ° Celsius  

      4 to 5 minutes.
