GREEN TEA FROM CHINA

White Monkey (singe blanc) is grown at over 600 meters altitude in Fujian province. Often confused with a white tea, it is actually a selection of hand-picked green teas, with long silver-white tea buds, offering a delicate and refreshing flavor profile.

Infused, this tea releases a fresh vegetal aroma and a clear, bright liquor with a delicately sweet taste, featuring a lingering finish and no bitterness. 

Low caffeine level. 

  Preparation in teapot 

  1.5 tsp / 250 ml water.

       85 ° Celsius  

      3 in 4 minutes.
