Herbal tea to relieve fever and headaches.

Acts as an anti-rheumatic agent: arthritis disorders, rheumatism of the back and joints (knees and hips).

Relieves tendonitis, bursitis and lower back pain.

Interaction with drugs

• Unlike acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin®, for example), the antiplatelet effects of willow bark seem too weak to allow significant interaction between the plant and synthetic drugs with similar effects.

Dosage :

Bring 150 to 250 ml of water to the boil with 2 to 3 g ofwillow bark, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
