ORANGE PEEL TEA

Orange peel tea is reputed to lower bad cholesterol and burn fat. It is used for weight loss and to boost the immune system. Excellent for fighting or preventing colds and flu. How to prepare this infusion?

In the morning and afternoon, bring a cup of water to the boil. Add one and a half teaspoons, which is enough for each infusion. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. You can add a teaspoonful of honey.
