Three original iced tea recipes from the Tea Master

Iced tea isn't just a summer drink, it's an art. With a few simple ingredients, it can be indulgent, fruity, refreshing... or all of the above. Today, the Master shares three homemade creations: an orange creamsicle , a Quebec blueberry rooibos , and a strawberry and coconut milk matcha .

1. Gourmet iced tea “Walk in Florence” (creamsicle style)

Ingredients (1 large glass)

  • 250 ml of Promenade à Florence tea, brewed hot and cooled
  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 slice of fresh orange (for decoration)
  • Ice cubes (ideally tea ice cubes)
  • A touch of homemade or store-bought whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Infuse 1 tsp of Promenade à Florence in 250 ml of hot water (95°C, 3 min).
  2. Filter, then let cool.
  3. In a glass, place the orange marmalade and pour the cooled tea over it. Stir to dissolve.
  4. Add ice cubes and an orange slice.
  5. Top with whipped cream.

Result: A rich and delicious iced tea, reminiscent of an Italian creamsicle.

2. Iced Rooibos with Fresh Blueberries

Iced Rooibos with Fresh Blueberries

Ingredients (1 large glass)

  • 250 ml of Quebec Blueberry rooibos, infused hot and cooled
  • 1 tbsp fresh blueberry puree (a few blueberries mashed with a fork)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • About ten whole blueberries for garnish
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Infuse 1 tsp of Quebec Blueberry Rooibos in 250 ml of hot water (95°C, 5 min).
  2. Filter, then let cool.
  3. In a glass, mash the blueberries with the maple syrup to form a purée.
  4. Add ice cubes, pour in the cooled rooibos.
  5. Decorate with a few whole blueberries.

Result: A fruity, slightly sweet, caffeine-free iced tea – perfect for any time of day.

3. Iced Matcha with Strawberries and Coconut Milk

Iced Matcha with Strawberries and Coconut Milk

Ingredients (1 large glass)

  • 1 tsp Matcha ( Kumo or Camellia or strawberry flavored )
  • 50 ml of hot water (75°C)
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml strawberry juice (or Simply Strawberry)
  • A few sliced fresh strawberries
  • Ice cubes (ideally frozen strawberry juice)

Preparation

  1. Whisk the matcha with the hot water to form a smooth foam.
  2. In a glass, place the ice cubes and sliced strawberries.
  3. Pour in the strawberry juice, then the coconut milk.
  4. Finish with whipped matcha.

Result: A colorful, layered iced drink that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the depth of matcha.
